  1. How will I know to renew?
    You will be informed by email approximately 30 days before your membership is due to expire. It is up to you to go through Paypal or send a cheque in order to keep your membership active. MusicLessonMatch.com will never automatically charge your credit card.
  2. Why get a membership with you when I could just advertise through a local paper?
    You could, however, anyone visiting our site is set on finding a music teacher. A local newspaper is not as effective because it is aimed at too broad of an audience. Our audience is very specifically targeted - people with the intentions of finding a music teacher. This is, to our knowledge, not available in such a user friendly format ANYWHERE else. Additionally, when you list with MusicLessonMatch.com, students can find you the instant you make your profile public. Newspaper deadlines for advertising submissions can be weeks ahead of publication - a problem at the end of August when all your students are looking for a teacher in September and the deadline was the end of July...
  3. I can't figure out how to upload a photo or I'm having trouble getting a form to work. Where do I go for technical support?
