As a teacher or music school, I (the user) acknowledge that any decision I make in regards to teaching a student, adult student or communicating with a parent or any prospective student is at my own risk. I acknowledge that there are risks associated with communicating and acquiring students through this website and I indemnify and hold MUSICLESSONMATCH.COM not responsible for any choice I make.

Likewise as a parent, student, guardian or adult student, I acknowledge that any decision I make with regards to a teacher or music school is at my own risk. I acknowledge that there are risks associated with finding and communicating with a music school or teacher found through any internet site and I indemnify and hold MUSICLESSONMATCH.COM not responsible for any choice I make.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any MUSIC TEACHER or MUSIC SCHOOL PROFILES/FEATURES or lesson job postings that I submit and I agree to only submit information that is true, accurate. By submitting a posting or profile, I am representing myself to be 18 years of age or older.

I will not use this website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, nor in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. I understand that the majority of content posted in this forum is created by members of the public. The items posted are theirs and unless specifically stated are not those of MUSICLESSONMATCH.COM. MUSICLESSONMATCH.COM accepts no responsibility for any loss or harm incurred.

I will not post a music teacher profile, music school profile or job posts that contain inappropriate, inaccurate information such as material that is harassing, defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate including any discriminatory content.

Teachers and Music Schools: There is no refund policy. This means that no refund will be issued for any reason including terminating my account prior to the end of my membership. When MUSICLESSONMATCH.COM has received your payment, your account is activated and you are granted access to the student lesson postings and may make a public profile. At any point during the course of a one-year membership, the public profile may be made 'not visible' which hides the profile from public searches until such as time as the teacher or music school may wish to again make it public. If you are paying by cheque, once your cheque is received your account will be activated.

This Site contains links to third party websites that are not under the control of MUSICLESSONMATCH.COM for your convenience only. I therefore understand that MUSICLESSONMATCH.COM is not liable for any damage or loss of any sort or responsibility for the content or uses of these third party websites.

I understand that the MUSICLESSONMATCH.COM contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable laws including copyright law. I will not attempt to decipher, decompile, appropriate, distribute or create derivative works based on the Site or source code of any of the software available on or through the Site.
